I had never fully understood this subject at school so it was really helpful to cover digestion again and it was great to see what healthy meal ideas I could prepare at home. As the mother of 2 teenage girls it was also a real eye opener to learn about eating disorders and be aware of the signs to look out for-just in case- I feel prepared now, thank-you!
Zana, Mother of 3
Thank-you for providing such a wonderful course. I learned lots of useful tips on managing young children who are picky with their food which is very useful as a child-minder!
Ayeesha, Childminder and Mum
I like to make sure I prepare healthy meals for the children I look after so this course provided me with a lot of reassurance. Also the little boy I look after has a food intolerance so I wanted to learn more about this and what I could do to help- and I did. A great course for child-carers- will definitely be recommending it to my friends and family. Have just signed up for the weaning course too.
