Level 3 OCN Care of Multiples Course

Are you caring for young multiples under 12 months old or would you like to?

Completion of our fully accredited course will provide you with the skills, knowledge and confidence you need to care for young multiples. This course is ideal for child-carers (nannies/nursery nurses/maternity nurses), expectant parents and grand-parents who will soon be caring for young multiples. The course contains lots of practical advice, up to date guidelines and video clips from experts to help deepen your understanding.

Accreditation and Assessments:

This course is accredited by the Open College Network (OCN OTC) at level 3 and carries 3 credits.

Course Length:Completion time for this course is 4 weeks including assessments

Delivery: Home Study, learners log into our online learning portal- MNT LEARNING- to study this course- there is no classroom attendance required at all. On successful completion of the assessments, learners will receive their results and certificate. (International learners will need to pay an additional charge of approx. £5-10 if they require their certificate posted to an address overseas. Please contact us for further details).

Support:All learners will have telephone/email access to a supportive and friendly personal tutor for any queries they have whilst completing the course.

Learners who are nervous about assessments should be reassured that we are very supportive of our learners and in particular when completing assessments. Learners can call or email for help and support with any queries and we are very used to helping learners for whom English is not their first language.

Learners studying online must ensure their computer meets the minimum requirements as refunds cannot be given once enrolled. If you have any concerns about this please call us and we will be happy to offer support. These requirements include:

  1. Internet access and a working email address

  2. Up to date internet browser such as: internet explorer/safari/google chrome/firefox (if your browser is not up to date your screen may not display the content as it should. Please call us if you wish us to help you check your browser and how to update it if needed- it's very easy- even we can do it!)

  3. Ability to hear audio/video via your computer- this course contains video clips.

  4. Use of a computer to study the course - tablets and smartphones are not advisable for studying as the display and functionality can be affected.

Additionally learners should be familiar with navigating a website and have used a Word Processing package such as Microsoft Word in the past.
