My 5 year old son is definitely a 'reluctant' reader and I was beginning to think I was the only one struggling with this issue. This course has made me realise I am not on my own and the strategies provided are so helpful and the reading list is great-just perfect for my son. Thank-you

Stephanie, Parent

I work with a mixed Year 1/Year 2 group of children and getting some of them 'engaged' in reading is a real challenge at times, especially with the mixed abilities we have. You can tell this course is written by a really experienced teacher- it's full of useful tips which I am going to enjoy putting into practice in school. The course has given me a fresh perspective and increased motivation to try new strategies with the children.

Harriet, Teaching Assistant

I wanted to learn more about how we support early 'reading' in our setting. Some of the things suggested we already do but I also think there are plenty of other things we could implement to improve our practice. Great course-I will be back for more.
